The industrial holding company palero acquires the stock corporation Fischer Söhne. The company in Muri, Switzerland, manufactures plastic solutions for medical technology and the packaging industry with 100 employees. In its 100-year history, Fischer Söhne has established itself as a leading European supplier of extrusion blow moulding and injection moulding solutions.

RDT Dr. Dautel and its advisors Lena Kneidl, Andreas Jobst and Dr. Ralph Dautel supported palero in structuring the transaction. Legal advice was provided by Allen & Overy and on the Swiss side the law firm Kellerhals Carrad provided legal and tax advice to palero.

The listed investment company Aurelius Equity Opportunities SE & Co. KGaA ("Aurelius") has sold its portfolio company LD Didactic GmbH, a manufacturer of teaching systems and educational technology (EdTech) for technical and science education, to Managing Director Martin Petzl and S-UBG AG, one of the leading regional investment companies in North Rhine-Westphalia, in a management buyout (MBO).

RDT Dr. Dautel has provided tax advice to LD Didactic GmbH since its acquisition by Aurelius with its advisors Dr. Ralph Dautel and Stefan Deisböck and assisted the company with tax due diligence as part of the transaction.

Funds advised by Palero Capital have sold their portfolio company ipm/Gruppe, one of the leading German advertising media service providers based in Kissing near Augsburg, to the American merchandising group Benussen, Deutsch & Associates, LLC (BDA).

RDT Dr. Dautel has provided tax advice to IPM/Gruppe since its acquisition by Palero with its advisors Dr. Ralph Dautel and Christoph Kleinhenz, assisting the company with the acquisition and the tax integration of its add-ons as well as with the tax due diligence.

Funds exclusively advised by RCP acquire Steel Automotive from Adient Group in a complex carve-out transaction. Steel Automotive is a market leader in the development and production of innovative, high-precision stamped and formed metal parts, serving renowned blue-chip customers worldwide.

The RDT advisor Andreas Jobst provided RCP with tax advice during the transaction and will continue to support RCP with the post-deal integration of its new investment.

The listed investment company Private Assets AG has acquired 100 % of the shares in the company Chris Farrell with its renowned cosmetic brands. This is the first time Private Assets AG has included a consumer goods company in its portfolio.

Private equity firm RCP has sold PowerTech Converter (PTC), a leading provider of on-board converter solutions for light rail and metros, to ABB. ABB announced it would acquire PTC's business as an important part of ABB Motion's external growth strategy.

RDT advisors Dr Ralph Dautel and Andreas Jobst assisted RCP and PTC in all tax matters since 2019 and provided tax advice during the sale process.
